Union Bank of India Apprentice Selection ProcessAs per the result notice, final selection depends on successful completion of the following activities after the provisional result:
- Fulfilment of eligibility criteria/conditions as prescribed in the notification dated 28.04.2026, verified during Document Verification.
- Language Proficiency Test (for applicable candidates).
- Submission of Medical Fitness Certificate as mentioned in the notification dated 28.04.2026.
The Bank has clearly stated that selection is provisional and subject to production of all relevant documentary evidence supporting eligibility at the time of reporting.
Documents Required for Union Bank of India Apprentice Document VerificationSelected candidates must carry the following documents at the time of reporting:
- 10 photographs (as uploaded on the NATS Portal)
- Address Proof (Permanent and Communication)
- PAN Card / Proof of PAN allotment
- Aadhaar Card
- All original certificates supporting eligibility (10th/Matriculation, 12th onwards) — both Degree and Marksheet must be produced
- Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates) and Permanent PwBD Certificate (for candidates under the Disabled Category); OBC Certificate must carry the "Non-Creamy Layer" clause
- EWS Certificate valid for FY 2025-26, if applicable
- One self-attested photocopy set of all documents/certificates/IDs
- Medical Fitness Certificate from a practicing registered general physician (minimum MBBS qualification)
- Printout of the NATS Portal profile
- This result notice is treated as intimation to all candidates who appeared in the selection process; no separate communication will be sent to non-selected candidates.
- A detailed communication with the venue and reporting date for document verification will be sent only to the registered email ID of selected candidates.
- The Bank has stated that all care has been taken in compiling the result, but it reserves the right to rectify any error.
- The Bank's decision on all matters relating to the selection process is final and binding.
