1. Relationship Manager

• Candidates must have a graduation or postgraduate degree with at least 60% marks in any discipline.
• The qualification must have been completed through the regular stream from a recognised university.
• For the Manager rank, candidates need at least three years of relevant banking experience.
• For the Assistant Manager rank, candidates need at least two years of relevant banking experience.
• The relevant experience should be in sourcing or processing loans, MSME loans or retail loans.
• No vigilance case or adverse observation from RBI or another statutory authority should be pending.

2. Senior Relationship Manager

• Candidates must possess a graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised university under the regular curriculum.
• Applicants need at least five years of experience in sourcing or processing loans or MSME loans.
• Out of the required experience, at least three years must have been completed as a Relationship Manager.
• No vigilance case or adverse observation from the disciplinary authority, vigilance authority, RBI or another statutory authority should be pending.

For the Senior Relationship Manager post, the bank may relax the age limit in deserving cases.

• Acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Promote CASA, loans, insurance, investment products and other banking services.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Cross-sell banking and third-party products.
• Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation.
• Conduct customer meetings, field visits and collateral verification where required.
• Assess customer background and credit risk.
• Support customer retention, portfolio management and recovery follow-up.

Senior Relationship Manager

• Identify clients with substantial credit requirements.
• Develop relationships with existing high-value customers.
• Cross-sell and upsell credit products and banking services.
• Achieve revenue and high-value business targets.
• Manage the allotted credit portfolio and maintain asset quality.
• Negotiate credit terms, interest rates and loan agreements.
• Prepare account-performance, sales-activity and market-insight reports.
• Participate in industry events and professional networking activities.
