- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Computer Science/ Information Technology Engg., Mechanical Engg/ Mechanical Engg & Production, Electronics & Communication Engg/ Electronic & Instrumentation Engg/ Electrical Engg/ Electrical & Electronics Engg/ Electronics & Control Engg/ Electrical & Electronics Communication Engg. Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in first division with valid GATE score OR M.Tech in first division at both Graduate and Post-graduate level in relevant subjects.
- Research Associate (RA): Computer Science/ Information Technology Engg., Electronics & Communication Engg/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engg/ Electrical Engg/ Electrical & Electronics Engg/ Electronics & Control Engg/ Electrical & Electronics Communication Engg. Qualification: 03 years of research, teaching or design or development experience after M.Tech with at least one research paper in SCI journal.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Maximum age 28 years. Age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC: Relaxable as per GoI orders.
- Research Associate (RA): Maximum age 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC: Relaxable as per GoI orders.
