The Central Bank of India has declared the Apprentice Result 2026 for the Engagement of Apprentices FY 2026-27 on 27 July 2026. The Bank has released Annexure I, containing the roll numbers of 3,655 provisionally shortlisted candidates, along with Annexure II, which includes the Regional Office addresses and contact details for document verification. Shortlisted candidates must report to their allotted Regional Office on 30 or 31 July 2026, and the apprenticeship training will commence from 1 August 2026. The engagement process for Central Bank of India Apprentices FY 2026-27 involved the following stages, as per the official notification:

- Online test, conducted on July 5, 2026
- Provisional shortlisting based on test performance, with preference given to candidates' age, qualification, essential requirements, and suitability
- Document verification at the allotted Regional Office
- Final engagement as an Apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961
The Bank has clarified that merely qualifying the online test does not entitle a candidate to selection. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates after preliminary screening.

Provisionally shortlisted candidates must carry the following documents (original and photocopy) at the time of reporting to the Regional Office:
- KYC documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.
- Original call letter
- Certificate of educational qualification
- Work experience certificate / No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer, if applicable
- Caste certificate, if applicable
- Disability certificate, if applicable
- Medical fitness certificate
- 4 passport-size colour photographs
- Any other document required as per the Bank's notification dated 11.06.2026
